Content Management System capabilities.

The primary purpose of the CMS is to control the job boards. This includes loading the databases for each board with data from XML files that you upload to your site using CMS control functions. There are no limits on the number of vacancies or candidates in each of the boards.

The sidebar control portion of the content management system enables you to select special items from the job boards such as a job of the week box or multiple jobs that will scroll on a sidebar. The CMS can also be used to generate banners and ads that can be easily added to each sidebar to show on every page of the site.

A third function of the site content management system is membership control. Multiple levels of membership are supported. You can use these levels to control which pages your users are allowed to view. For example contact information for job offers can be shown only to certain logged in members or candidate information can be restricted to different groups of employers.

Any visitor can submit a question to the frequently asked questions, (FAQ), section. The visitor simply fills out a text input form that is automatically e-mailed to the site administrator. After the administrator answers the question it is automatically added to the FAQ section by the CMS. All new pages and their hierarchy can be developed and controlled using the CMS and its WYSIWYG editor.
